Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Rooted Christian Store offers standard shipping options to both domestic and international destinations. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Keep in mind that we are not responsible for import/duty costs if you live outside of the USA.

 

Please keep in mind, every order requires at least 8 business days of processing time before it leaves our warehouse.

 

Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship via multiple carriers depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and we consistently see longer shipping times than expected due to volume, so please account for that extra shipping time as well.

We cannot guarantee the delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc. Packages shipping internationally cannot be guaranteed due to customs, duty requirements or postal service issues that are outside of our control.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Rooted Christian Store. If you encounter any issue with your order, we will do our best to make it right.

 

Items not eligible to be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items: All Final Sale items, subscription items, personalized items, stickers, and anything from the "Extras" Category.

Our hope is that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days from the original shipping date.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn/unused and in the same condition that you received it. If any part of your order arrives damaged, please email rootedchristianstore@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged items, and we will assist you with your inquiry.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We incur a $7 handling fee on all refunds.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at rootedchristianstore@gmail.com.
 

Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please file a return here.

Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

International return postage must be paid for by the customer.
